Seg\u00fan los datos del SISVAN \u2013 INAN 2019, de cada 10 ni\u00f1os, 4se encuentran con sobrepeso u obesidad, lo que favorece el desarrollo de otras enfermedades. Es por ello que se insta a elegir estilos de vida saludable:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Preparando men\u00fa saludable para toda la familia<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, eligiendo todos los d\u00edas, alimentos de los 7 grupos de la olla nutricional de las Gu\u00edas Alimentarias, distribuidos en las 5 comidas del d\u00eda (desayuno, media ma\u00f1ana, almuerzo, merienda y cena), cuidando la porci\u00f3n recomendada seg\u00fan el grupo de edad y el estado fisiol\u00f3gico. Incluyendo al menos 5 porciones entre frutas y verduras al d\u00eda, reemplazar bebidas gaseosas o jugos azucarados por agua potable.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
